Install the .sis file on your cell and mobiolawebcamusbsetup.exe on your PC. Transfer loader.exe to your installation dir (C:\Program Files\Mobiola Web Camera US and make a sortcut to wherever you want to run it from Register with your imei and 11111 as registration code.
